Zhuhai has drawn up an action plan with 10 measures to promote the employment of graduates and encourage local enterprises to attract more young professionals to the city, such as increasing the supply of jobs and expanding employment channels.

The plan also aims to enrich employment opportunities for young people from the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions, and provide stronger support for entrepreneurship.
