The Zhuhai parallel session of the 1st Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture & Arts Festival takes place on June 24.

Zhuhai was among the seven parallel sessions of the 1st Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area Culture & Arts Festival that provided a feast for both the audience's eyes and ears with songs, dances, Cantonese Opera, and other artistic performances.

The session opened on June 24 with a mixed chorus depicting childhood scenes of people in the Greater Bay Area during the initial stage of reform and opening-up. A guzheng (Chinese zither) performance later expressed the confidence of the Chinese people to forge ahead in the new era.
