The latest innovations and hi-tech products of 14 Zhuhai enterprises were in the limelight at the 6th China-Russia Expo, which took place in Harbin, capital of northeast China's Heilongjiang Province, from June 15 to 19.

Since its inception in 2014, the expo has served as an important platform for bilateral economic and trade cooperation. This year, the five-day event attracted 1,246 enterprises from China and 137 enterprises from Russia to display their products in an exhibition area of 86,000 sq m (21 acres).

The Zhuhai Pavilion was pervaded with landmark elements such as the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Zhuhai Opera House, and Fisher Maiden statue. The multifunctional unmanned aerial vehicles brought by Zhuhai Yuren Agricultural Aviation were a hit at the expo.

It is the first time that the company attended the China-Russia Expo. Through the platform, it hoped to carve out a niche in northeast China, a huge production base of commodity grain, said Yi Xuge, foreign trade manager of Zhuhai Yuren Agricultural Aviation.

The IH rice cookers, humidifiers, and air-conditioners of Gree Electric Appliances also attracted great interest from visitors, as did the model of the AG600, the world's largest amphibious aircraft developed by Zhuhai-based China Aviation Industry General Aircraft Co Ltd.
