Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Six enterprises from Zhuhai's Xiangzhou District attended the International Travel Expo (ITE) Hong Kong to promote local tourism resources and to seek business.

They included Zhuhai Special Economic Zone New Yuanming Palace Tourism Co Ltd, Zhuhai Jiuzhou Cruise Co Ltd, Zhuhai Lets Cultural District, Zhuhai Choo Choo Wonderland Co Ltd, Zhuhai Hami Business Exhibition Co Ltd, and Zhuhai Centennial Xiangbu Culture Communication Co Ltd.

The expo, one of the most prestigious of its kind in Asia, was held at Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Center from June 13 to 16. It attracted more than 680 exhibitors from 56 countries and regions to display their products in five exhibition halls. More than 20 symposiums and nearly 100 lectures were also held during the four-day event.

Huang Jianping, director of the Publicity Department of the CPC Xiangzhou District Committee, visited the expo on June 13. She encouraged local enterprises to not only go out to seek business opportunities, but to also bring high-quality tourist resources from other areas back to Xiangzhou and draw on others' experiences in developing tourism.
