Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings and Zhuhai Titans New Power Electronics were selected as demonstrative enterprises for legal culture construction, announced the Xiangzhou District Bureau of Justice on May 28.

The designation was rendered by the Department of Justice, the Department of Industry & Information Technology, the Law Popularization Office, the State-owned Assets Supervision & Administration Commission of Guangdong Province, as well as the Guangdong Federation of Industry & Commerce and the Guangdong Federation of Trade Unions.

Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings has been active in improving the company's legal systems, setting up institutions for legal construction, and carrying out a variety of promotions and trainings in accordance with the national Seventh Five-Year Plan for the Popularization of Legal Knowledge.

Zhuhai Titans New Power Electronics has also taken multi-pronged measures to advance its rule of law, which include assembling a dedicated task force, hiring a full-time lawyer as legal counsel, establishing an employees' mediation committee, and organizing legal study and training sessions.

The Xiangzhou District Bureau extended hopes that more local enterprises will commit themselves to legal construction, making contributions to a lawabiding and trustworthy atmosphere that provides shared benefits.
