The Zhuhai Top University Talent Express – 2019 Zhuhai Business Tour will be held at Zhuhai Holiday Resort Hotel from May 29 to 31, with more than 100 universities across the country and over 200 local key enterprises attending.

More than 70 percent of the universities that will take part in the event are under the national "Double First-Class" program, which refers to world-class universities with first-class disciplines. They include Peking University, Renmin University of China, Fudan University, Zhejiang University, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and Wuhan University.

The expertise of the universities is closely tied to local pillar industries like household appliances, electrical energy, biomedicine, precision machinery, and petrochemicals.

The university representatives will tour the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, Hengqing New Area, and enterprises including Ninestar, China Aviation Industry General Aircraft, and Pilot Technology to acquire a better understanding of the city.

They will have discussions with local key enterprises, including Gree Electric Appliances, Livzon Pharmaceutical Group, 4DAGE, and Chimelong Group, to forge long-term cooperation in talent introduction, campus recruitment, and industry-university research integration.

The event is jointly sponsored by the Zhuhai Human Resources & Social Security Bureau and Organization Department of the Communist Party of China Zhuhai Municipal Committee. Zhuhai Human Resources & Employment Service Center will serve as the local host.
