Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

A Xiangzhou culture and art program made up of various activities held throughout the year was selected as a provincial demonstration project exemplifying the area's culture on a list released by the Culture and Tourism Department of Guangdong Province.

The program, entitled "Cultural Xiangzhou, Colorful seasons", has been held in the district for the past three years. It consists of poetry activities in the spring, painting in the summer, dancing in the autumn, and singing in the winter, giving each season its own distinct feel. Unique activities and a low barrier for entry have served to attract many participants, and experts have deemed it worthy of more widespread promotion.

The aforementioned list includes a total of four demonstration areas and 14 demonstration projects.
