Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Spring Festival, or Chinese New Year, is regarded by the Chinese people as the most important traditional festival and was celebrated in a variety of ways throughout Xiangzhou District. The festive atmosphere peaked during the holiday from Feb 4 to 10.

The God of Wealth hands out hongbaos, or red packets (hand-sized paper envelopes stuffed with money) to bless passersby on Baisha River Ship Container Street.
