Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai has made notable progress in improving living conditions and its urban appearance through excellent urban management. A meeting was held on Nov 7 to review achievements and plan the next steps.

Renovations of Weiji Village to correct its health and safety issues were deemed instructive. In addition, a 200 million yuan ($28.8 million) investment from a local hotel under reconstruction was used for general village upgrading including aesthetically-pleasing well-drawn wall murals.

Xiangzhou Zhengfang Holdings was praised for its management and protection of Lovers Avenue since April, 2018. The company used advanced road maintenance methods and elaborately attended to greenways, beaches, and other parts of the iconic coastal landscape, making it a ribbon park. Hundreds of special vehicles and small mechanical devices are now in place to save labor and raise efficiency.

Xiangzhou is focused on improving the view of the city to benefit its residents and attract tourists.
