Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Some 200 entrepreneurs and corporate executives gathered at Xiangzhou's Lanhai Financial Center on Oct 25 to hear firsthand not only about the latest industry trends but also some experiences that could help them to succeed personally.

The brand salon, held for the fifth time in Xiangzhou District, spotlighted technology pioneers such as Ubtech in Shenzhen and the local Oceanalpha, hailing their business models as innovative and inspirational. The founders of the companies shared insight into how to structure startup teams.

Participants learned developmental directions of emerging industries such as intelligent manufacturing and information technology and were encouraged to be innovative enough to compete worldwide. The importance of enterprises' "going global" through the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge was particularly emphasized.

The event was organized by the Zhuhai Venture Capital & Private Equity Association. The Organization Department of the CPC Xiangzhou District Committee provided direction.
