Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

From January through July, Zhuhai has ranked 8th in air quality among monitored cities nationwide and is one of the top three in the month of July, according to the Ministry of Ecology & Environment.

Zhuhai had the second best air quality last month, just behind Haikou, followed by Huangshan, Shenzhen, Zhongshan, Zhoushan, Lhasa, Lishui, Ya'an, and Qingdao.

The average concentration of PM2.5 in the city was 23 mcg per cubic meter through July, leveling off from last year.
