Updated: 2018-07-11 Print

Several internet startups staged roadshows at Kimka Creative Valley in Xiangzhou District on July 5 to attract investment and venture capital.

Projects on show targeted hot fields such as online gaming, phonetic techniques, medical image data processing, and one-stop traveling service platform.

Four renowned investors, including Wang Min, CEO of Gold Phoenix Investment Management, were briefed on each project's business model, market prospects, current development situation, and financing needs. They commented on project feasibility and profitability, and suggested that entrepreneurs should combine both social and economic significance, which can help garner mass opportunities.

A voice app developed by Zhuhai Doufan Technology reached investment and financing intent on the scene.

Professor Li Jingxin, deputy head of South China Crisis Management Research Institution made a keynote speech regarding the reshaping of internet marketing ideas.

Representatives of project incubators and maker spaces also attended the networking event. It was sponsored by Xiangzhou's service center for small- and medium-sized enterprises.
