The 4th China-Israel Investment Summit opened at the Zhuhai International Conference & Exhibition Center on July 2. The two-day event, the largest State-level affair of its kind, is exploring possibilities of cooperation on Smart Manufacturing 2025, digital economy, biomedicine, intellectual property, and smart cities.

More than 5,000 representatives from Chinese and Israeli political, academic, and business circles have gathered to share insights under the theme of "Cooperating on innovation, and intelligently creating a bright future for the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area."

Speeches, forums, and roundtable discussions are expected to unveil business trends while roadshows and business-to-business meetings will seek pragmatic partnerships for bringing advanced technologies to market.

Cooperation is expected to be achieved on industrial manufacturing and automation, the Internet, agricultural technology, food technology, energy conservation, financial investment, and academic research.

Industries that enjoy good developmental prospects in Zhuhai, such as information technology, clean energy, medical health and life sciences, are to be given particular attention.

Dong Mingzhu, Chairperson and President of Zhuhai Gree Electric Appliances, along with other industry heavyweights, made keynote speeches as the summit opened.

Representatives from Huawei, Alibaba, Accenture, Yanhua Smartech, Beijing Automotive Group, People's Bank of China, China Aviation Industry General Aircraft, and the Export-Import Bank of China are among the high-profile guests.
