Any Xiangzhou enterprises that are experiencing problems or want to make suggestions or complaints are welcomed to dial 0756-8889899 – a 24-hour government helpline operated by a dedicated service fleet organized by the Investment Promotion Service Center of Xiangzhou District.

A government office has been set aside for the special working group. Problems that are reflected in the incoming calls are classified so that answerers and dispatchers with different expertise can react accordingly within the shortest possible time.  

The service includes handling complaints while providing consultations, coordination and supervision in problem processing. It also provides a channel accessing investment talents, provided by the Investment Promotion Service Center.

The last two weeks of test runs have proved to be a success, having receiving more than 30 calls.

Mr Qin, head of Acare Medical Science Co Ltd, spoke highly of the fine service which helped repair his company's damaged water pipe system. Qin had only halfhearted expectations in making the call and was surprised that the telephone operator sent emergency workers within two hours.

So far, the Xiangzhou government has established a multi-layered enterprise service system with a variety of communication channels, including the hotline, e-mail, and instant message tools WeChat (ID: xzinvest), and QQ.
