A Xiangzhou delegation of 50 corporate executives wanting to transform and upgrade their business was recently led to tour Zhongshan to learn about its advanced production and management methods.
Located in Zhongshan, Guangdong Province, Enterecos Plastic Products grew out of a Japanese-funded enterprise built in 2002 and was purchased by Entereos Group in 2014 to manufacture a variety of plastic wares. Its products are applied widely in precision injection molding, energy conservation, environmental protection, and medical treatment.
Fifty Xiangzhou sci-tech enterprises tour Zhongshan Enterecos Plastic Products recently to learn about its lean management mode.
Delegates from bottle cap manufacturer Chinese-Foreign Venture Dragon & Lion Zhuhai S.E.Z. took the opportunity to observe the latest operation of production lines at the manufacturing facility.
Entereos chairman of the board Lin Hanyong explained the operational process to the visitors and then shared some specific improvements during the company's development history.
The craftsmanship in the production process was inherited from its former Japanese administrator, said Lin, but includes many new processes and technological development.
Through improving lean management, Enterecos Plastic Products has vertically integrated its industrial chain to grow into an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and original design manufacturer (ODM) supplier.
Specific operational methods are detailed to the visiting delegation.
The company now produces half of all air purifiers for its partner Xiaomi, a leading Chinese electronics and software company.
The intellectual property products it has developed are the reason it won the in-depth partnership, according to Lin. Relying on the resources of the Xiaomi Ecological Chain, the company is striving to establish a hardware R&D center where potential projects will be picked out to be cultivated using a one-stop service from financing and production to intelligent research.
The visit was organized by the Science, Technology, Industry, Trade & Information Technology Bureau as part of Xiangzhou's program to benefit sci-tech enterprises.
