Demonstrations by a 31-enterprise Zhuhai delegation attracted a great deal of attention at the 19th China High-Tech Fair (CHTF 2017) which began at the Shenzhen Convention & Exhibition Center on Nov 16.
Under the theme of Innovation-Driven Development & Supply Quality Upgrade, the six-day fair exhibits more than 10,000 products from 3,000 enterprises from more than 30 countries and regions involved in the Belt & Road Initiative.
With an exhibition area of over 120,000 sq m, the annual technology feast features more than 200 events, including forums, salons and product releases.

Led by industry giants such as Gree Electric Appliances, the Zhuhai exhibition group became the focus of the expo with regard to the development of virtual reality (VR), software and integrated circuits, environmental protection equipment, and new materials.
Many of the latest national sci-tech projects were spotlighted, with 300 of the 120,000-sq-m exhibition area earmarked for Zhuhai's presentation.
Garnering particular attention was the latest integrated military-civilian L30 USV series developed by Zhuhai Yunzhou Intelligence Technology Ltd (Yunzhou-Tech).
The product family is specified for on-water patrol and safety protection. It has applied world-leading technologies to make it convenient, high speed and intelligent when autonomously cruising, evading obstacles, and real-time monitoring.
Intelligent industrial robot arms and USV models
With block-based design mode to increase loading capacity, the platform is capable of carrying automated weapon stations, life-saving appliances, and automatic firing guns – very useful in defense, near-shore patrol, maritime search and rescue, and firefighting. What's more, the vehicle handles easily and steadily, and is not that much affected by storms and high winds, according to a company representative.
Zhuhai Chuangfeixin Technology, a memory IP designer and Zhuhai Yantong Environmental Technology, a leader on Radiant Ceiling technology and solutions also attended the event to interact with other international businesses hoping to tap into the large Chinese market, according to the organizing committee.
The fair also demonstrated the recent breakthroughs in the growing of strategic emerging industries, implementation of supply-side structural reforms, and green development.
