Xiangzhou, Zhuhai organizes a conference from Nov 1 to 3 to welcome institutes and universities from inside and outside Guangdong Province to cooperate with the district's companies and cultivate employment-oriented talent.

Representatives detailed the current state of their companies' development to explain what kind of talents they need most. Employee salary and working environments were generally above average, said one HR representative.

School representatives detailed their situations and internship programs to the enterprises whose labor demand matched their talent.

Schools from Lushui City of Nujiang Lisu Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province were especially invited to further Zhuhai's anti-poverty projects for the region.
