Officials from Xiangzhou's Bureau of Commerce and Investment Promotion Service Center learned more about Istuary Innovation Group's strategic layout during visits to Hangzhou and Xi'an from Aug 15 to 19, to better serve its base in the district.

Istuary is a large international innovation and startup platform integrating new technologies, talents and capital. The group was founded in 2013 aiming to cultivate innovation into businesses for global launches into fast-growing markets.

The latest and the most exemplary innovations it practiced include incubators in Dream Town and the Northern Software Park, and the Binjiang Base in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province. The Xi'an base in Shaanxi Province providing innovation and incubating services is also one of its most successful operations.

Earlier this year, Istuary established an intelligent manufacturing research institute in Xiangzhou to specialize in core technologies for industrial sensors, chips, and 3D data analysis.

Xiangzhou government officials were detailed on how the bases are proceeding, and how they take advantage of local policies. They promised that they would improve and tailor services to facilitate the institute’s growth on the reference of operation experiences at all bases.

The officials also toured Jolly Information Technology and Hangxiao Steel Structure in Hangzhou to seek out partnerships.
