Xiangzhou District in Zhuhai welcomed a group of visitors from Shenzhen Yunmai Technology on Aug 8 discussing the launch of their latest hi-tech healthcare device project.

Yunmai Technology in Guangdong's Shenzhen was established three years ago specializing in design and R&D of electronics. Technologies have been applied in its primary products such as the body fat calculator, which allows Wifi and Bluetooth connectivity and an exercise recording mobile app.

The company has accumulated sales of more than 100 million yuan ($15 million) with products sold to the United States, Britain, South Korea and other overseas markets. In the recent B round financing, the company achieved 10 million US dollars.

Xiangzhou's investment promotion center welcomed the project and detailed the district's favorable government policies as well as its business environment.

Visitors were then taken to an innovation edifice being built by the famous Cybernaut Investment Group in the district to select the best place to launch the project.

Wang Enhao, the company's chairman of the board said that Zhuhai is an important pivot city of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with a huge potential in scientific and technological innovations.

Wang hopes to take advantage of rich talent resources and the effects of industrial agglomeration to make further advancement towards becoming a high-end solution supplier for healthcare issues.
