Xiangzhou details favorable talent policies

Xiangzhou officials detailed the district's talent policies to a group of 70 hiring managers at Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park on July 17.
Focusing on the Measures on Innovative Development of Xiangzhou District issued earlier this year, the officials explained the moves taken to attract and maintain talented personnel.
Participants were told how to provide a from-the-bottom-up channel for outstanding employees, specifically how to recommend them for the opportunity of being certified as district-level young excellent talents.
According to the policies, honored staff members can apply for an annual job subsidy of 15,000 yuan ($2,184) for three years. For two years, skilled talent are eligible for a of 10,000 yuan ($1,456) subsidy. More benefits, such as living conveniences like arrangements for families and priority medical treatment, are additional bonuses for talent.
With city incentives to encourage district-level talent, companies are required to make the most of the policy to honor who has made great contributions to the district's development.
The event was organized by the Organizing Department of CPC Xiangzhou District Committee and the Administration Committee of the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park. Nine other sessions are to be held at parks and sub-districts in future months.
