Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

A seminar was held at the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park in Xiangzhou on May 11 to share advanced management concepts with senior executives of private enterprises in the district.

It is part of a series of training classes organized by Xiangzhou's Science, Technology, Industry, Trade and Information Technology Bureau to boost corporate growth.

Wu Tianping, chairman of the board of TP Management Consulting detailed how to establish stock-based incentives to spur on staff members.

To better understand the theory through real cases, participants toured controller manufacturer Zhuhai Tozhiny Technology and Zhuhai Seine Technology which specialize in R&D, manufacturing and sales of printing consumables.
