Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

A Xiangzhou government delegation visited famous institutions and enterprises in Beijing from May 4 to 5, hoping to attract investment to the Zhuhai district.

Huang Jun, deputy chief executive of Xiangzhou District and his team visited the secretariat of FuTURE Mobile Communication Forum where they discussed future exchanges and the settling of high-end electronic information projects.

The forum, subject to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, is a non-profitable international organization committed to promoting the exchange of technologies and information in the area of future mobile communication.

After hearing of Xiangzhou's preferential investment policies and development, the forum leaders expressed their willingness to organize some promotional events in the district, in the hope of attracting quality projects and talent.

Next stop for the delegation is Istuary Innovation Group, a company involved in technological innovation, cultural and creative industries, financing and investment.

Sun Yi'an, chairman of the board of the group said they were carrying out a business survey to provide consultancy for startups and hi-tech enterprises in North America who want to expand in China. Sun said Istuary would like to include Zhuhai as a key destination for business promotion. The Xiangzhou officials welcomed the plan and hoped for further discussions on the matter.
