Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Zhuhai's Xiangzhou district launched a series of vocational lectures for staff members and companies in the district on April 25.

The lectures will cover labor laws, Cantonese training, business protocols and human resource management. The lectures will also be filmed and posted online for sharing. 

Officials from the district's government and the two commerce and logistics centers of Hongwan and Qianshan attended the launch ceremony.

Hosted by an official from Zhuhai Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, the first lecture covered labor relations between employers and employees. 

A lawyer was invited to share some cases with people on how to solve labor disputes and the importance of corporate management systems.

Scheduled to run until November, the lectures are expected to improve employees' vocational skills and facilitate development in the district.
