All government-sponsored schools of compulsory education will take part in the cross-region exchanges, according to Chen Hui, director of the bureau.
Teachers are being encouraged to create mini-curriculums to provide students with convenient and fast-paced learning experiences on key subjects, as well as to show competence at teaching competitions.
