China Unicom Zhuhai and the administrative committee of the Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park in Xiangzhou District held a joint meeting on how to apply internet technology to production and management on Dec 22.

The meeting was held to serve the park's goal of adopting an internet-based management method.

China Unicom Zhuhai, a branch of state-owned telecommunications operator China Unicom Group, presented how to improve corporate management using big data and Internet of Things (IOT). A special asset management using RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) technology to improve information processing and record tracking, was also detailed.

Work safety and management of simplified production processes were also discussed.

China Unicom Zhuhai hoped that the latest applications can guarantee an intelligent management and promised the park a greater support in future.
