A particular highlight was Luo's in-depth analysis of innate knowing, developed by Wang Yangming, a famous philosopher in the Ming Dynasty (1472-1592). The belief focuses on obtaining intuitive knowledge through self-reflection. His proposition on the unity of knowledge and action can be applied to management philosophy.
