Labor union in Xiangzhou learns to protect worker’s rights

A delegation of 20 workers from Nanping Science and Technology Industrial Park's labor union visited Panasonic Motor Zhuhai (PMRZ) in Zhuhai’s Xiangzhou District on Nov 14 to learn from experiences in serving employees better.

PMRZ, a subsidiary of Japanese electronics giant Panasonic, was established in 1993 at the industrial park, focusing on R&D, design, manufacturing, and sales of various electric machines.

The strength of the company's labor union has grown for over two decades.

Delegates listened to a presentation about PMRZ's development and corporate culture, and asked questions about the work of the labor union.

President of PMRZ's labor union, Yang Shaojuan answered questions and shared experiences in how to fulfill their responsibility by protecting workers' interests.

The visitors expressed their determination to learn from PMRZ and to carry out work based on actual circumstances.
