Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Some 512 jobs across fields of electric appliance production, pharmacy, and auto manufacturing were up for grabs at the Nanwan Human Resources Market in Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai on Oct 20.

Of the 360 job seekers who took part, 132 of them signed preliminary agreements with enterprises such as Zhuhai Electric Appliances, Minebea Electronics Motor (Zhuhai), and Zhuhai Livzon Diagnostics.

Advisory services on government policies for startups were also provided at the event.

The fair comes as part of a series of recruitment events taking place this year in Xiangzhou District. So far, 10 fairs have been organized, attracting 279 enterprises, and resulting in 1,691 jobs. 

Job fairs targeting young talents will be held at local colleges and universities in November.
