Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Famous enterprises such as pharmaceutical giant Beijing Tongrentang, and Shenzhen Silconn Wines, showed investment interest in Xiangzhou District of Zhuhai at the 21st Macao International Trade & Investment Fair on Oct 20.

The fair, themed "cooperation - key to business opportunities" was a large exhibition occupying 30,000 sq m, equipped with more than 1,600 stalls. More than 50 countries and regions sent their delegations to seek trade and business opportunities.

The economic and trade event, which is the first established partnership with Portugal and Beijing, brought about investment talks between Xiangzhou government and well-known companies.

Xiangzhou delegations also took part in a symposium aimed at discovering new opportunities for modern logistics in Zhuhai and Xiangzhou after the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge's completion.
