Internet innovation discussed in Xiangzhou District

Some 30 founders and entrepreneurs discussed how to integrate the Internet into their businesses at a café in Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai on Oct 12.

Heads of projects from the likes of online food ordering site ele.me and smartphone manufacturer Meizu Technology attended the talk at the coffee shop, which is often frequented by tech savvy entrepreneurs.

Ye Yuping, founder of Kuanxiangzi (Wide Lanes) Restaurant was invited to make a keynote speech about how he applied Internet rules to his restaurant operations. He talked about establishing an Internet platform for more efficient communication between managers and customers to provide a personalized sales service.

The presentations generated discussions among participants, who were keen to voice their opinions and express their intentions of adopting an online approach to their businesses.

The event was organized as part of the city’s Mass Entrepreneurship & Innovation Week, which aims to integrate innovative ideas with entrepreneurial resources.
