RemaxWorld Expo 2016 -- the largest annual computer printing industry event in the world -- takes place at the Zhuhai International Convention & Exhibition Center from Oct 13 to 15 with exhibits from 468 enterprises from 28 countries and regions.

Zhuhai has become the Print Consumables Capital of the World with products exported to more than 120 countries and regions. The city has the largest and most complex industry chain and the highest technical level of this industry worldwide, according to ReMax. Over 250 manufacturers of printing consumables have headquarters here, including world-renowned brands. The city’s print companies manufacture over 78.9 percent of universal color ribbons, 69.7 percent of compatible ink cartridges, and 42.1 percent of recycling laser toner cartridge in the global market. 

RemaxWorld Expo 2016 is sponsored by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade Zhuhai Branch, and Zhuhai Recycling Times Culture Communication Co Ltd. Over the past 10 years it has quadrupled from 113 exhibitors at the first expo to today’s 468.  

This year, for the first time, printer consumables, duplicator supplies, and 3D printing products appear at the same expo with the latest products and technologies in the fields of paper, ink, toner, cartridges, printers, copiers, printing presses, and accessories including software solutions and production facilities. This should enable cooperation between 2D and 3D industries by creating a diversified office consumables purchasing arrangement. It also is designed to satisfy one-stop shopping demands, greatly saving time and enhancing efficiency for businesspeople.

Meanwhile, the expo has upgraded buyer invitation services and offers buyer-supplier matchups for the first time. With purchasers from Europe, the Americas, the Middle East, Africa, Australia, India, and Southeast Asia, the expo has already yielded gross value of $31.6 million in pre-expo purchase orders. The largest purchase is for 100,000 photosensitive drums each month, and the largest by a single consumer exceeds $ 5 million in value. 

The 4th ReMaxChina Expo is being held concurrently. With an exhibition area over 5,000 sq m, the expo has attracted more than 50 famous 3D printing enterprises such as ZRapid Tech, Wells Electronic Materials, and the Shanghai Research Institute of Materials. 

According to Tony Lee, managing director and publisher of Recycling Times Media, the company will build a 56,900 sq m international printing consumables trading center with the largest number of brands and varieties in the world. Furthermore, it is about to organize an expo and summit in Cairo, Egypt on April 23-24 next year, leading domestic enterprises to enter Arabic markets, Lee disclosed.
