This Shantou-style beef hot pot restaurant is a favorite with many celebrities, including the Hong Kong actor and singer Nicholas Tse, and a place that Asian gourmets love a lot and often drop by when they’re passing through Chaoshan, or coastal Guangdong Province next to Fujian Province. 

The restaurant is the epitome of the local cuisine and has stayed true to its roots in providing taste and culture. Its beef is very fresh, carefully chosen from cows that were slaughtered no more than four hours before, giving it an exceptional delicacy and smooth texture. Sometimes you need to wait to get a table.
