Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

Managers from 50 small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises in Xiangzhou District visited Zhuhai Ansheng Pharmaceutical and Zhuhai Seine Technology on Aug 31 to learn about their management procedures and approaches to innovation.

The company leaders, including representatives from Zhuhai Bairui Dental and Zhuhai EastSun Technology, toured Ansheng Pharmaceutical’s headquarters at the district’s Nanping Technology Industrial Park, before being introduced to their products and services in a meeting. The group learned about how the medical company grew from a small business in 1986 to a key industry player by carrying out a series of restructurings and reforms.

The group later visited Zhuhai Seine Technology, one of the largest manufacturers of printing consumables in the world. Visitors had a discussion about loyalty in the context of corporate culture and learnt about innovative scientific products at an in-house exhibition.

The activity was organized by Zhuhai’s Science, Technology, Industry and Information Technology Bureau of Xiangzhou District to establish a communication channel between managers of SMEs. Further exchanges with competitive enterprises in neighboring cities have been planned, while a platform for projects seeking help from government and financial institutions is also in the pipeline.
