Gemdale Power Port, located in the Hongwan Commerce & Logistics Center of Zhuhai Shizimen Central Business District, neighbors Wanzai, Hengqin Port and Hongwan Port, with Macao and Hengqin New Area nearby across the sea.

The Power Port is also directly connected to the western corridor of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, the Jinhai Expressway and the Beijing–Hong Kong–Macao Expressway.

The park covers 700,000 square meters and the overall floorage is close to one million square meters, with a nearly 100,000 square meters living facilities area.

The Power Port, as an "Ecological Office District" (EOD), is an integrated community including research design, service outsourcing and businesses in the creativity field.
