Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

The annual Zhuhai International Half Marathon is held every December, offering an opportunity for Zhuhai residents and others to enjoy exercise and competition among the grass and flowers that grow in Zhuhai even in this winter month.

The marathon has been held for four years and includes a half marathon, a mini marathon and a 10-kilometer run.

The competition route transits several landmarks of Zhuhai, such as the Fisher Maiden, Lovers Avenue, Jingshan Park, Haibin Park and Jiuzhou City.

Athletes of all ages and nations, some of whom dress in cartoon costumes, bring pleasure and joy to the event.

Time: the 3rd Sunday every December

Venue: Lovers Avenue, Jingshan Road and Fenghuang Road, etc.
