Distribution of Xiangzhou’s old industrial areas

Xiangzhou’s old industrial areas span an area of 597.82 hectares and are divided into three types:

The first type is an expanse of industrial clusters, located in the Qianshan and Jida neighborhoods, and covering an area of 231.07 hectares.

The second type consists of industrial areas which were built on village land belonging to collectively-owned units. These areas are mainly distributed throughout Nanping Town and Qianshan Street, covering 146.5 hectares.

The third type includes scattered industrial plants that do not fit into the previous categories. They are mainly located in Shangchong Village, Qianshan, and around the Jiuzhou Commercial Center in Gongbei district, with a total area of 220.25 hectares.
