Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

In recent years, Xiangzhou has focused on expanding space for industrial development and urban regeneration through improving the environment, shifting formats and adjusting structure.

The old factory buildings are reconstructed to optimize industrial distribution at dot, line and face levels. With Cuijing Industrial Zone and Xiangzhou Industrial Zone (North Zone) as the pilot projects, strong enterprises with rich experience will be brought in to cover the cultural creative industry, e-commerce, research and development and design, precision manufacturing, among others.

Xiangzhou has also pushed 27 demolishing and rebuilding projects, including the Cibo International Commercial Trade Center. To date, Midtown — the city’s first urban complex — has been put into operation and renovation projects have been accomplished such as Lanhai Financial Center and Zhihui Seagle Office Building with another 15 urban renewal projects under construction, including Taifolk International Financial Plaza and New SOHO Fortune Square.
