With a total investment of 4 billion yuan ($607.6 million), the project will be part of a building materials and home furnishing center of Zhuhai or even the Pearl River Delta region upon accomplishment, finally making a modern commercial and trade service center involving logistics, trade, commerce, leisure, catering and entertainment.

Covering an area of 170,000 square meters, the project boasts a floor area of 460,000 sq m and is one of Zhuhai’s pilot projects to make multi-functional service complexes from old towns, workshops and villages.
The project is located in the Santaishi Road of Qianshan, with its main construction body the Qianshan Nurseryland Co Ltd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhuhai Cibo Group Co Ltd. The project aims to bring in world renowned business groups, building materials, headquarter enterprises and other modern service enterprises.

Other parts of the commercial and trade center include the No 1, 2, 3, 4 exhibition halls of the Cibo International Decoration Square as well as other building materials architectures in the region.
