Xiangzhou District, Zhuhai

As Zhuhai’s first smart office building, which can be controlled by a single mobile phone, the Seagle Building is expected to become the best office building in Zhuhai, setting standards for the architectural quality of five-star hotels and house the incubator for listed enterprises and be used as the enterprises’ headquarter base in the Xiangzhou District.

Covering an area of 3,946 square meters with a total floor area of 36,737 sq m, the project has designated Floors 1 and 2 as the lobby and public facilities, respectively. Floors 3-18 will be the Seagle offices and Floors 19-25 will be transformed into boutique hotels.

Situated in West Shihua Road of Jida, the main construction body of the project is the old workshops of Zhuhai Handing Real Estate Development Co Ltd, as the area has predominant geological location and convenient transportation.

With Banzhang Mountains to the north and the Jiangjun Mountain and a seascape to the south, the building is less than a five-minute drive from the Gongbei Checkpoint, the Jiuzhou Port and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge. It also connects the Jida CBD and Gongbei CBD.
