The renovation project aims to build a large commercial complex fusing businesses, offices, hotels and residences to strengthen its local economy.
A design of the Aoyuan Commercial Plaza in Qianshan, Zhuhai.
Covering an area of 82,212 square meters, the project is located in the south of Meixi Village in Qianshan, east of Lvyou Road next to the Guangzhou – Zhuhai Intercity Light MRT. The area previously held 20 industrial factory buildings with a total construction area of 66,600 sq m.
