The Zhuhai Yishier Cultural Creative Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd, or the Zhuhai V12 Cultural Creative Industrial Park, is a cultural creative business incubator in Zhuhai City. Located at No 32 Nanwan Road, the V12 Park covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and is a private enterprise which receives special funds and policy support from the government.

Emphasizing “innovation”, “originality”, and “entrepreneurship,” the V12 Park aims to integrate art, culture and innovation and build a base for cultural creative start-ups. So far, as many as 148 companies, whose main businesses cover video games, animation, garage kits, digital images, films and arts, have chosen to enter the park. 

Nine exclusive services are provided here – business information exchanging, financing, project approval consulting, logistics, purchasing, information publicizing, IP right protection, IT supporting and employee training. Since 2013, the V12 industrial park has been progressing steadily.

In 2013 alone, 22 cultural activities and salons were held and the park created official WeChat (“zh_v12”) and Weibo accounts to easily publicize information. In the same year, several cultural programs were approved by the government and more loans became accessible and, after a few years’ development, the V12 Park has now become a more convenient home for start-ups, with cafes, restaurants, convenience shops and airport expresses available.

In the future, the V12 Park will continue boosting the quality of its nine main services to better serve companies in the park. It is believed that by combining art, culture and innovation, companies in the park will benefit even more from crossing boundaries and being innovative.
