The first Chimelong Ocean Kingdom store opened at the China Travel Service Huabin Office at the Gongbei Port, Zhuhai, on May 29, through which travelers can directly book hotels, tickets for various attractions, or sign up for packaged tours at the Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort.

The store, which specializes in the resources and highlights of the Chimelong tourist resort, is a cooperation and merger between Chimelong Ocean Kingdom—an iconic scenic spot in Zhuhai—and the China Travel Service Gongbei Port Office, which is the largest tourism service in the city.

On the day of the opening ceremony, Chimelong Ocean Kingdom’s mascots—Kaka Tiger, QiQi, and Elfin—joined the party to liven things up. There were also two walruses playing trumpets to amuse visitors, and clowns gave a Russian dance performance.

Attendees were also showered with gifts. For instance, the first 30 customers who bought double-packaged tickets for the Ocean Kingdom would get another for free and other gifts. People who signed up for package tours or booked hotel rooms were given free upgrades and other perks.

The Chimelong Ocean Kingdom store plans to hold irregular promotional activities in the future.
