Ninghe strives to build six agricultural, cultural and tourism integration development clusters of Qilihai, Ji Canal, Yu Fangzhou's former residence, Tianzun Pavilion, Panzhuang, and Banqiao town, to create themed products, homestays, and tourist routes, promoting culture enabled agriculture and tourism.
At the same time, Ninghe district will continue to focus on the integration of industrial development, the improvement of the living environment of rural areas, the construction of infrastructure and the improvement public services. With the deepening of the coordinated development of the Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region in recent years, Ninghe has introduced a number of large projects.

The local government has sped up the three-year action of investment promotion and project planning. At the same time, 119 projects in water conservancy, transportation, municipal facilities and another 10 major fields have been implemented.
