In 2022, Ninghe has made people's needs a priority, and continuously improved its public services capacity and people's livelihoods.
This year, Ninghe has implemented a total of 20 public service projects. More than 100 old urban roads have been upgraded; 7 parking sites have been built, adding 5,000 parking spaces; 500 assistive devices, such as walking aids, have been provided for the disabled free of charge; and 1,747 elderly people who live alone have been provided with real-time monitoring emergency services.
Ninghe has also insisted on improving its public services for national fitness. A number of new fitness venues, including fitness parks, sports parks in communities, and football fields, have been put into use.

While increasing the construction of sports public facilities in urban areas, Ninghe district has also paid attention to rural areas, setting up high-end sports facilities in the countryside, including football fields, multi-functional sports fields, and intelligent fitness equipment. At present, there are 8 fitness parks, 4 community sports parks and 2 multi-function sports fields in Ninghe.
"We have completed about 95 percent of planned sports facilities. In the future, we will further promote the construction of public sports facilities, providing better services for the local people," said Li Yunling, member of staff of the Ninghe Sports Bureau.
This year, Ninghe has deeply improved its elderly care services. At present, there are 81 elderly day care service centers in the region. The day care service center in Huacui community has been equipped with a canteen for the elderly and a number of functional rooms. The canteen provides a "breakfast + lunch + dinner" catering service, and the functional rooms include a cultural activity room, lounge, table tennis room, painting and calligraphy room.

The local government has promoted the construction of elderly care service complexes. Currently, 5 elderly care service complexes have been built, providing personalized elderly care services to meet the needs of the elderly.
In 2022, Ninghe has solved several problems in areas of public concern, such as in food, housing, transportation, education, and medical care, so as to improve the living standards of local people and increase their sense of happiness.
