Ninghe district, located in the city cluster center of Beijing, Tianjin and Tangshan, has unique geographical advantages in implementing the coordinated development strategy of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. In 2022, Ninghe has made outstanding achievements in regional integrated development.
At the end of October 2022, the construction of the Teweinong Tianjin base project started in Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone. The project covers an area of 75 mu, with a planned total investment of 300 million yuan (about $43 million) and a planned building area of 60,000 square meters. "The construction of the project in Ninghe district will greatly promote the expansion of the company's production capacity and the research and development of condiments. With the regional advantages of Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone, our products can also take up a greater market share in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei," said Yao Xin, general manager of Tianjin Teweinong Biotechnology Development Co., Ltd.

The landing of the Teweinong Tianjin base project in Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone has further enriched the industrial layout of the zone, improved the food processing capabilities of the park, and accelerated the construction of a modern food industry cluster.
The report of the 20th CPC National Congress highlighted the importance of promoting the coordinated development of regions. The coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important part of it. In recent years, with Tianjin Future Science and Technology City as the carrier, Ninghe Modern Industrial Zone has been actively engaged in the cooperation with Beijing and Hebei, effectively promoting the deep integration of industrial development. From January to November 2022, Ninghe has introduced 24 registered enterprises of Beijing to settle in the area and promoted the landing of 13 projects of Beijing, with an investment value of 4.1 billion yuan.

As a crucial part in the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, traffic integration has been another breakthrough of Ninghe district. On the basis of "one hour economic circle" between Ninghe, Beijing and Xiong'an New Area, Ninghe has further strengthened the construction of its traffic infrastructure. In 2022, the reconstruction project of the Tianjin-Wuhan highway and the southern extension project of the Haiqing highway were completed. The intelligent transportation projects of the Binyu highway and Ningtang highway have also been completed and put into use.
At present, Ninghe is deeply integrated into the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and strives to promote infrastructure construction, ecological and environmental protection, and regional resource sharing.
