In order to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of local agriculture, cultivate professional farmers, and help farmers increase their income, the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Ninghe, together with the Organization Department of the CPC Ninghe Committee, held a two-month training course on planting technology at the Youcheng company.

Gu Xishu, chief expert of the Tianjin Academy of Agricultural Sciences (TAAS) and member of the academic committee of TAAS, Wang Yong, technical staff at the Plant Protection Research Institute of TAAS, Gao Wei, associate researcher at the Plant Protection Research Institute of TAAS, and Yang Lijuan, researcher at TAAS, were invited to guide the training.
The training courses were divided into three parts, including the identification and control of vegetable diseases and pests, the diagnosis and detection of crop diseases and control, and vegetable seeds and seedling diseases and control. Focusing on sowing in early spring, seedling raising, seedling management, pest control technology and field production management, this course has greatly changed the traditional planting concepts of farmers and greatly improved their farming skills.
This training activity covers 6 villages and towns in Ninghe. 38 training sessions have been organized and 1,038 have people participated. Through online and offline training and technical guidance, Ninghe has built a platform with farmers to effectively solve the problem of pest control, promote the application of new technologies, and injected a strong impetus for the improvement of agriculture and rural revitalization.
