Bai Fengxiang, secretary of the CPC Ninghe District Committee, met with representatives from Hydrology Bureau Group Co., Ltd. of the China National Administration of Coal Geology, China Three Gorges Corporation Hebei Branch, and Zhongke Qasky Quantum Technology (Tianjin) Co., Ltd., on Dec 28, 2021 when they visited the district to discuss cooperation.

Bai welcomed the guests and briefly introduced the economic and social development of Ninghe.
He said Ninghe district is developing rapidly and boasts excellent advantages in location, transportation, space, ecology and culture.
It shows a good and strong development momentum. Bai said he hopes that both sides will take this meeting as an opportunity for more project cooperation in comprehensive energy management and ecological governance, and will work together to achieve win-win results.
Representatives from the three enterprises said that Ninghe district is one of the important bases in Tianjin for undertaking non-capital functions, and it has a late-mover advantage.
Central state-owned enterprises will give full play to their advantages in capital, technology, and talents to further deepen communication and exchanges, expand cooperation scope, and provide strong support for the district's modernization.
