A new Luban workshop was unveiled in Accra, capital of Ghana, on June 2. It is expected to inject new impetus into China-Ghana vocational education cooperation.
The Luban workshop was jointly established by the Liaoning Agricultural Technical College in China and the University of Energy and Natural Resources in Ghana, and aims to help Ghana cultivate more agricultural talents and promote local agricultural development.
Ghanaian Ambassador to China, Winfred Nii Okai Hammond, said at the unveiling ceremony that the Luban workshop is expected to change the lives of many Ghanaian youths, thereby enabling Ghana to have a more prosperous future.
Chinese Ambassador to Ghana Lu Kun said that through the joint efforts of both parties, the newly-launched Luban workshop will become a highlight of China-Canada cooperation.
