The Ministry of China recently established an expert committee in Beijing to help in the construction of Luban Workshops.
The expert committee will include 25 members adept at engineering, vocational education, international Chinese, and in industrial fields.
During the launch ceremony, vice-ministers of education, Sun Yao and Chen Jie, issued letters of appointment to members of the expert committee. A work meeting was followed to review and approve the charter of the organization.
The meeting pointed out that the Luban Workshop is an important platform to make China's vocational education model "go global", and has played an important role in cultivating international talents and promoting people-to-people bonds with different countries.
According to the meeting, the expert committee should give full play to its talent advantages, offer research results and put forward suggestions, in a bid to improve the scientific level of Luban Workshop constructors.
As of now, China has built 27 Luban workshops in countries along the "Belt and Road".
