The launch ceremony of two Egypt Luban Workshops was held online on Nov 30, 2020. One was built by the Tianjin Light Industry Vocational Technical College and Ain Shams University, Egypt, and the other was built by the Tianjin Transportation Technical College and the Advanced Technical School for Maintenance Technology, Cairo.

The Egypt Luban Workshops have made outstanding achievements. Boasting around 2,000 square meters of training rooms, they offer five majors across different levels that link tertiary and secondary vocational education.

Teachers here have developed a set of teaching standards, curriculum, and primary, intermediate and advanced training outlines for five international majors, as well as 14 bilingual textbooks and supporting information resources.

The four constructing units also set up a training base in the TEDA-SUEZ Cooperation Zone. The Egypt Luban Workshop program has become a flagship brand of vocational education in Africa.
